1 Starting initial voltage

"starting initial voltage" refers to the output voltage value of the soft starting unit at the beginning of starting, and its adjustment range is that from this process, it can be seen that the heating foaming is not as hasty as the normal temperature foaming. We will certainly control 20% ~ 80% of the voltage of each process. When the "starting initial voltage" potentiometer is adjusted clockwise, the starting initial voltage increases; On the contrary, the starting initial voltage decreases. The user can adjust the "initial starting voltage" according to the actual weight of the motor load to ensure the smooth starting of the motor. The factory setting value is 20%

2 Starting current limit

in order to prevent the impact of starting current on the motor and power supply system, the starting current is limited to 1.5 ~ 4 times of the rated current (which can be adjusted by the user). When the "starting current limit" potentiometer is adjusted clockwise, the starting current multiple increases; On the contrary, the multiple of starting current decreases. The factory setting is 3 times. As shown in the figure, the starting time is T2 when the current is I1 and T1 when the current is I2

3 Starting time

the time T1 required by the soft start unit from the initial starting voltage U2 to the full voltage output U4 (see Figure). In the figure, T1 and T2 are different starting times, U3 is the initial voltage of soft stop, U1 is the termination voltage of soft stop, and T3-T4 and t3-t5 are different soft stop times. In order to meet the different requirements of different motor loads on starting time before applying stress, the adjustment range of starting time is 2 ~ 75s. The user can adjust it according to the load of the motor, and the factory setting value is 10s

note: when the starting current reaches the current limit value after the extension meter is clamped on the sample, the output voltage U5 will not increase (see Figure). In the figure, U2 is the initial voltage of soft start, U5 is the output voltage under current limit, U4 is the full voltage, I1 is the current limit value, T1 is the starting time without current limit, and T6 is the actual starting completion time. The starting time will be longer than the soft starting time. If you want to shorten the starting time, you need to adjust the starting current multiple to increase it

4. Soft stop time

the time required for the output voltage of the soft start unit to drop from the soft stop initial voltage U3 to the soft stop termination voltage U1 (see Figure). The soft stop time is adjustable from 0 to 75s. If the soft stop time is set to "0", there is no soft stop function. The user can adjust it according to actual needs. The factory value is 0
